As a former pastor, I understand the demands on the pastor of a local church. As a result, I try not to add demands on the pastors but rather come alongside them and help them. One area is in Leadership development which we recently began…. developing men as leaders in the home, work and church. Plans are in the works to include a similar curriculum for Financial and Biblical Counseling.
